You should eat more : White bread , grain bread , potato , rice , toast , apples , bananas , oranges , plums , salad , beans , carrots , tomatoes , broccoli , water. You should eat more of these because it is good for your body and it will make you stronger and healthier .
You should eat little less of : Milk , porridge , cheese , yogurts . You should eat little less of this because if you eat too much you will get unhealthy and weak.
You should eat little of : fish , egg , nuts . You should eat little of this because it is a little bit of a junk food and not good the heart .
You should eat even less of : oil , butter , mayonnaise . You should eat even less of this because It is bad for your body .
You should eat least of : fizzy drinks , ice cream , chocolate and chips . You should eat least of these if you eat too much of it it can clog the hearts achary .
